At Mugshot, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Mugshot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
